Dana Nicolette is a dynamic luxury beauty expert, spa consultant, makeup artist, and licensed esthetician. With credentials spanning Florida, Massachusetts, and New York, Dana’s journey in the beauty industry began in Los Angeles as a talent manager for celebrity stylists. Inspired by her clients’ creativity, she pursued her passion, earning her esthetician license in 2010.
Dana’s experience includes roles with leading skincare and makeup brands across New York, Miami, and New England. On Martha’s Vineyard, she served as a Spa and Operations Director for exclusive med spas and private clubs.
Now dividing her time between New York and South Florida, Dana brings her visionary approach and vibrant energy to help clients embrace beauty on their terms.
Dr. Baumann is a board-certified dermatologist, bestselling author, and world-renowned researcher known for her pioneering work with Botox and cosmetic injectables. She authored the best-selling Cosmetic Dermatology textbook and developed the Baumann Skin Typing System, used globally to personalize skincare. With over 250 publications and four patents, she now sees patients in West Palm Beach.
Barbara Kucinich is an autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified by ANCC with a passion for wellness and aesthetics. She specializes in sexual wellness, medical weight loss and injectables. Originally from Ohio, Barbara received her undergraduate degree from Kent State and her Master’s from Nova Southeastern University. Barbara loves visiting Key West with her rescue dog, Posie.
With over 8 years of experience in the esthetics industry, I began my journey as a front desk coordinator at a medspa. It didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the world of skincare, and I transitioned into becoming a Clinical Esthetician, where I’ve been able to combine my passion for beauty and wellness with my dedication to client care.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many leading skincare lines and have developed expertise in advanced treatments such as microneedling, Aerolase laser, chemical peels, PRX treatments and Hydrafacials. Currently, I’m expanding my skill set further by working toward certifications in Electrology and Laser Technology to provide even more comprehensive care for my clients.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is the relationships I’ve built with my clients. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each person and customizing treatments to meet their unique skin goals, all while creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Outside of esthetics, I’m a proud mom of two: a 19-year-old son who is finishing his first year of college and a 14-year-old daughter who is passionate about playing volleyball. I’m also a fitness enthusiast and recently began coaching classes at my gym, where I share my love for health and wellness with others.
Whether in the treatment room or at the gym, I am driven by a passion for helping people feel confident and empowered in their own skin.
With over a decade of experience in skincare, Violeta has been a dedicated professional in the aesthetics industry since 2007. She specializes in a wide range of advanced treatments, including customized facials that rejuvenate and nourish the skin, chemical peels for deep exfoliation, dermaplaning for improved texture, and RF microneedling to promote skin tightening and collagen production. Violeta also offers IPL/BBL treatments for skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal, providing comprehensive solutions to meet her clients’ skincare needs.
Known for her warm demeanor and commitment to patient education, Violeta takes the time to understand each client’s concerns and goals. She ensures that every treatment plan is personalized to deliver optimal results and client satisfaction. Outside the treatment room, Violeta stays up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetics, continuously refining her skills and knowledge. Her dedication to excellence and genuine passion for skincare make her a trusted partner in the journey to healthier, more radiant skin.
