* Full-time Front Desk Sales Specialist with open availability - this is primarily late afternoon, evening and Saturdays. The spa is closed on Sundays.

We are an award-winning medical spa that is rapidly growing and we are looking for talented professionals.

The ideal candidates are positive, outgoing, flexible, detail-oriented, organized, and a dependable team player. Must have a strong retail background and should demonstrate prior experience in meeting daily and monthly sales goals. Strong computer skills are a plus and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities:
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information
Welcome guests upon their arrival
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Ensure front desk area and client rooms are clean and tidy
Confirm client appointments through phone calls
Upsell products and services
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
